Defective Products

At Kenny, O'Keefe & Usseglio, P.C., our courtroom experience extends to cases where people have suffered devastating injury due to defective products. We have been involved in cases where products are defective by design as well as in cases where products are defective as a result of inadequate warnings and instructions. We have been involved in cases involving commercial aviation disasters, construction equipment and machinery, forklifts, automobiles and other dangerous products. Many defective product claims involve dangerous drugs like Vioxx, Celebrex, Bextra, Crestor, Zyprexa and Ephedra. We are currently evaluating and accepting potential claims involving these drugs.

Other potential defective product claims would include injury or death caused by defective medical devices, SUV's with high rollover risks, tires, seat and lap belts, children's toys, welding rods and baby and household products.
