Attorney Bradley Capon joined Kenny, O’Keefe & Usseglio, P.C. in 2011. Since then, Brad has advocated for the rights of people who have been injured through no fault of their own. Brad represents individuals who have been injured by medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, dog attacks, slip and falls, sexual abuse, and other complex catastrophic accidents. Brad has represented victims of traumatic brain injuries, severe orthopedic injuries, burns, scarring and other trauma.
Brad serves the Greater Hartford community by volunteering with the Connecticut Volunteer Attorney Program giving advice to people facing foreclosure and the threat of losing their homes. He also serves on the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association Membership Committee. Additionally, Attorney Capon is an active member of the Central Connecticut Association of Football Officials and the Eastern Collegiate Football Officials Association.
Prior to joining Kenny, O’Keefe & Usseglio, Brad represented banks, lenders and other creditors in wide variety of commercial matters. Before entering private practice, Brad served as a Connecticut Superior Court Clerk for the Honorable Edward J. Dolan and the Honorable Cynthia Swienton.
